1. About The Sole Lounge

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by The Sole Lounge, operated by Samantha Allen.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be reviewed and confirmed by us before your appointment is secured.

We will contact you to confirm your booking as soon as possible.

Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

3. Before Your Appointment

Please complete any required consultation forms before your appointment.

Please inform us if you require gel removal when booking so we can allocate sufficient time.

Please ensure your feet are clean before arriving for your appointment.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

We accept cash and bank transfer.

Prices are in GBP and include all applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in loss of future booking privileges.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments if necessary and will give you as much notice as possible.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed services.

If you are unhappy with your service, please speak to us immediately so we can address any concerns.

7. Your Information

We only use your personal information for booking purposes.

Your contact details will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties.

We may contact you regarding your appointments and our services.

8. Health and Safety

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies or sensitivities that may affect your treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm to you or affect the quality of service.

9. Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance for our services.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your appointment.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
